Paul Boisvert, P.E., LEED AP

Paul Boisvert, P.E., LEED AP, a graduate of UVM, brings to the firm 11 years experience in site design, project management, contract administration, and permitting at the local, state and federal levels. Paul’s approach to projects combines a strong interest in sustainable design with an understanding of the operational implications.

His expertise includes numerous stormwater design projects in Vermont, many within stormwater-impaired watersheds. He was the lead designer for the stormwater system for Phase I of the South Village project which extended into two impaired watersheds, required an off-site offset for sediment load reduction, and involved easement agreements in two municipalities. Paul recently completed the design of low-impact stormwater treatment components on the Burlington waterfront, including pervious concrete pavement and a bio-retention treatment area.
